This week I’m sharing an image of a happy client pointing to his idea that I captured on my hand-drawn Engagement Board at a recent marketing event for Dell Technologies in Texas.

What are Engagement Boards?
Engagement Boards are a creative service I offer to make events more interactive and to give attendees a chance to directly share their voices.

How does it work?
The process is simple, easy, and collaborative. During the event, we set up a nearby table with pens and Post-it notes where Dell attendees wrote down their responses to the board’s main prompt: “What’s one insight you learned this week that will define the next era of marketing?” I then reviewed these ideas, identified key themes, and illustrated everyone’s insights together into one large, dynamic visual mural.
