About Our Rates
• Big Bright Visuals’ prices for services vary based on factors like scope, duration, location, and whether the engagement is in-person or online
• In-person, all-day projects are $2,600 - $3,600, depending on project scope, materials, travel, accommodation & other needs
• Online, half-day projects are $350 per hour & require a 2-hour booking minimum
• 501(c) Non-profits qualify for a 10% discount
Our Services Include:
• Virginia Montgomery‘s 15+ years of professional experience delivering Visual Note-taking / Graphic Recording services for over 1,000 live events nationwide for clients spanning diverse sectors like healthcare, technology, education, public policy, energy, agriculture, consumer goods & more
• We offer “analog” and digital Visual Note-taking services from drawing with markers-on-foamcore-board or drawing on an iPad
• Onsite artist Virginia Montgomery provides up to 6 hours of active drawing, per day, to create up to 5 unique 40” x 60” boards, per day
• Big Bright Visuals delivers your digital documentation images to you within 24 hours or less
• Big Bright Visuals grants you full ownership rights to all artwork created for your event. The original physical artworks are yours to keep, share online, or display at your headquarters as custom visual artwork
