Feeling Seen in Meetings
What do you love about work? One of my favorite things about Graphic Recording / Visual Note-taking is its ability to help people feel seen and heard. Here's me, in action, helping out.
In many brainstorming sessions, strategic planning meetings, and conferences, great ideas can be shared and then quickly disappear into the flow of conversation. Visual note-taking creates a living record of the discussion, capturing key insights, questions, and contributions in real time.
And when participants can literally see their ideas reflected back on the wall, it creates a sense of ownership, engagement, and connection. It also helps teams identify patterns, build on one another's thoughts, and ensure that diverse perspectives are represented in the conversation.
